On May 13, 2006 Immaculate Conception Parish conducted a Blood Drive sponsored by the Blood Center of New Jersey. Over thirty parishioners and friends of the parish participated in this event making our first Blood Drive a success. The mission of The Blood Center of New Jersey is to serve the patients, physicians, hospitals and medical centers in New Jersey by providing the safest, most technologically advanced blood and blood products of the highest quality. The Blood Center of New Jersey supplies over 100,000 blood products annually to the hospitals and medical centers of New Jersey.
We would like to extend a special thank you to all those in the community who participated in this event. People like you make the difference between life and death for hundreds of patients in our community hospitals each year.
